TeslaDashcam(이하 "앱")은 Tesla 차량이 USB에 저장한 블랙박스 영상을 재생하고, 영상 속 주행 정보를 화면에 보여 주며, 시각과 주행 정보를 영상에 새겨 저장하는 앱입니다. 앱은 Tesla, Inc.와 무관한 독립 앱입니다.

1. 개발자가 수집하는 정보

개발자는 어떤 개인정보도 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 개발자의 서버도 없습니다.

2. 기기 안에서만 처리하는 정보

영상과 주행 정보: 사용자가 고른 TeslaCam 영상과, 영상에 들어 있는 속도·기어·페달·조향·GPS 위치 등은 기기 안에서만 읽고 처리하며 개발자에게 보내지 않습니다.
사진 앱 저장: 인코딩한 영상을 저장하려고 사진 앱에 추가만 요청합니다. 사진 앱의 기존 사진·영상은 읽지 않습니다.
설정 값: 테마, 속도 단위, 격자 칸 크기, 광고 제거 구매 여부 등은 기기에만 저장됩니다.

3. 외부 서비스로 전송될 수 있는 정보

지도(Apple 지도): 영상의 위치를 지도에 표시할 때 Apple의 지도 서비스가 쓰이며, 지도 표시에 필요한 요청이 Apple에 전송될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
광고(Google AdMob): 앱은 Google AdMob으로 광고를 보여 줍니다. 광고를 위해 Google이 광고 식별자(IDFA, 사용자가 허용한 경우), IP 주소, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용, 대략적인 위치, 오류·성능 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국에서는 동의 창(UMP)으로 동의를 받고, 설정 화면에서 바꿀 수 있습니다. iOS의 "추적 허용" 요청에 허용하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용: https://policies.google.com/privacy , https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
광고 제거 구매: 결제는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다. 개발자는 카드·결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
새 버전 확인: 앱은 Apple에 앱 번들 ID를 보내 최신 버전이 있는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 개인정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

개발자가 보관하는 개인정보가 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 설정 값이 함께 지워집니다. 광고 데이터는 Google의 정책에 따르며, iOS 설정의 "추적"과 광고 개인정보 설정에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.

5. 아동

앱은 만 13세 미만(한국은 만 14세 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 정보를 일부러 수집하지 않습니다.

TeslaDashcam ("the app") plays dashcam videos that Tesla vehicles save to a USB drive, shows the driving data embedded in them, and saves videos with the time and driving data burned in. The app is an independent app and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.

1. Information the developer collects

The developer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts or logins and no developer server.

2. Information processed only on your device

Videos and driving data: The TeslaCam videos you choose, and the speed, gear, pedals, steering, and GPS location inside them, are read and processed only on your device and are never sent to the developer.
Saving to Photos: The app asks for add-only access to save exported videos. It does not read your existing photos or videos.
Settings: Theme, speed unit, grid tile size, and whether you bought "Remove Ads" are stored on your device only.

3. Information that may be sent to third parties

Maps (Apple Maps): When the app shows a video's location on a map, Apple's map service is used and the requests needed to display the map may be sent to Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies.
Ads (Google AdMob): The app shows ads through Google AdMob. For this, Google may process an advertising identifier (IDFA, if you allow tracking), IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, approximate location, and crash and performance information. In the European Economic Area and the UK, you are asked for consent through a consent form (UMP) that you can change in Settings. "Remove Ads" purchase: Payments are handled by the Apple App Store. The developer receives no card or payment information.
Update check: The app may send its bundle ID to Apple to check whether a newer version exists. No personal information is included.

4. Retention and deletion

The developer holds no personal information. Deleting the app removes the settings stored on your device. Advertising data follows Google's policies; you can change it in iOS Settings (Tracking) and your ad privacy settings.

5. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 (14 in Korea) and does not knowingly collect their information.

6. Contact and changes
